Our Application Fee payment form is now a part of our online application process. If you are filling out a paper/DOCX application form, please contact our Registrar Team for help.
For payments and donations on our website, you can use any Visa or MasterCard credit card. After you submit your information on the form below, a secure payment form will show up where you can securely input your credit card information.
